Privacy PolicyEffective Date: 04/19/2009 Personal Information Any and all personal information collected at glamajama.com will be kept strictly confidential and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. We feel strongly about protecting your privacy and appreciate your interest in our company; therefore, Glamajama will never sell, lease, loan, or trade your personal information. Glamajama's order form requires customers to provide certain personal information when they purchase a product from us. We collect a customers' contact information like name, email address, phone number, mailing and billing address, and financial information like credit card numbers in order to process orders. We will use your email address as the primary form of contact for notifying you of your order status. However, certain situations may be better communicated via a personal phone call such as a delay in your order shipment. Personal Information Sharing and Disclosure We use a shopping cart web host povider for glamajama.com, a credit card processing company to bill for goods and services, several outside shipping companies to ship orders, and an email service provider for email services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes including their own marketing. Contests & Surveys From time-to-time we conduct a shopping spree contest where winners receive a gift certificate to be used on glamajama.com. Winners are randomly selected from either our Facebook Fan page or our current email newsletter subscription list and are notified of their winning status via an email sent to their email address. Winners must agree to having there first name, city, and state used in our contest promotions before prizes are awarded. Participation in these contests is completely voluntary. You may opt out of participating by refusing the award, unsubscribing from our newsletter, or by contacting a Glamajama customer service representative via the contact information listed below. From time-to-time we may also provide you the opportunity to participate in anonymous surveys on our site. The requested information typically includes demographic information such as age, gender, and zip code. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.
