Does Glamajama accept international orders?

If you would like a delivery outside the United States, please contact us at before you place your order so we can choose the best payment and shipping option for you. International orders are not included in any shipping promotion.

Brokerage fees, customs fees, duty fees, import fees, import license fees, (etc.) are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These fees are typically due when you receive the package or according to your country's laws. International insurance may not be possible, however we try to buy international insurance unless otherwise requested by our customer.

Do I need to pay sales tax?

Sales tax is only required for orders delivered to destinations within Texas. Any order shipped within/to Texas will be subject to 8.25% sales tax.

Can I get my order gift wrapped?

Our clothes make wonderful, talked-about gifts for baby showers, birthdays, and just to spread some glam love! At your request, items will be gift wrapped in decorative tissue and ribbon at no extra cost! If you would like us to include a personal message, just let us know at checkout in the "Notes or Special Instructions" box or by sending an email to . When contacting us, please specify your order number. Don't forget to include the recipient's shipping address when ordering.

What are my shipping options?

  • $5 Flat Rate USA 1-5 day (1 - 5 day USA shipping)
  • Domestic USA Next-day (Overnight USA shipping)
  • International (2 - 6 week shipping) All deliveries outside the United States must select International shipping for quickest order processing

Does my order qualify for $5 flate rate shipping?

That's right!  As an bonus to all of our valued customers, we are offering low flat rate shipping on all USA orders!  The flat rate shipping promotion applies to United States domestic ground deliveries only.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of being received. Additional shipping time is determined by the selected shipping method.

What are the care instructions for my new Glamajama clothes?

To keep your clothes looking glam, wash them inside out and dry low. You may tumble dry, but no heat.

What is Glamajama's return policy?

Glamajama stands behind its merchandise and will replace any item that proves defective under normal circumstances and appropriate care. If you ever have any problems with your clothing, please give us an opportunity to fix it.

We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your account for items you are not completely satisfied with. The item(s) must be returned to Glamajama within 14 days of the delivery date in unworn and good condition. Ship prepaid and insured with the package wrapped appropriately. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
